Young white wine, without aging, which expresses its primary aromas from the varieties Macabeo and Viognier.

MORRO FINO ORANGE 2023
Orange with a 68 days macertation which expresses its primary aormas from the varieties Palomino Fino and Doradilla.

INVERSO 2020
Inverso is a red wine with short aging process using French and American aok barrels which expresses its primary aromas from the variety Tempranillo. A minimal intervention elaboration is made so as to express this microclimate of Sierra Nevada.
It may contain natural sediments.
There is an INVERSO terroir with hot temperatures during the day and chilly ones at night. Due to this, the maturation is slow and gradual which produces quality grapes.
INVERSO BLANCO 2023
Inverso is a white wine with a short aging process in French aok barrel which expresses its primary aromas typical from the varieties Macabeo and Viognier. A minimal intervention elaboration is made so as to express this microclimate of Sierra Nevada.

PRIVILEGIO 2019
PARCEL WINE
Privilegio has a long aging process in French aok barrel from one of the most prestigious tonnelleries in the world, expressing the complexity of the variety Tempranillo. A minimal intervention elaboration is made so as to express this microclimate of Sierra Nevada.
It may contain natural sediments.
Privilegio comes from a parcel of 0,6 HA, a limited production with yields under 3000 Kg HA.
Very poor sandy loam soil with many rounded stones in an extreme climate and low precipitation.

Winery
IN THE WINERY WE ELABORATE THE WINE WITH THE MINIMAL INTERVENTION.
We use wild yeasts from the vineyard in all our wines. the elaboration of all the varieties are limited as well as qualitative. |

We macerate at low temperature with three daily bazuqueos/punchings to break up the cap and extract most of the aromas and tannins. |

The fermentations are controlled by means of temperature, parcels and terroir. |

The aging process is done in French and American oak barrels of different sizes, toasted methods and tonnelleries. The objective here is to have subtle and highly complex toasted touches. |
Our sign of quality is time
Low yields in the vineyards between 2000kg and 4000kg HA. |

HIGH-ALTITUD VINEYARD WITH LOW YIELDS
Nowadays we work with our main variety, Tempranillo, and the white varieties Viognier, Macabeo, Palomino Fino and Malvasia Aromatica. |

In the coming future, we will plant another field with Malvasia Aromatica and Garnacha with more than 35% slope. |
